Questions

What families ask us first.

Does Medicare cover wound care at home?

Medicare Part B may cover medically necessary wound care provided in the home or a facility when eligibility criteria are met. We verify benefits and explain any out-of-pocket costs before the first visit.

How quickly can a provider come out?

We usually reach the bedside within 48 hours of intake, and contact the patient the same business day a referral comes in — often within a couple of hours.

Do I need a doctor's order first?

Not always. Patients may be referred by a primary care provider, a specialist, a home health agency, or a facility, and in some cases may reach out directly. Care is provided only when medically necessary.
